ATA Connect – our new WiFi connected dishwasher line – has been awarded with the Innovation Smart Label, the honorable mention by HostMilano and POLI.design to the most innovative Companies and products in HO.RE.CA industry.
Being the only dishwasher decorated with the Innovation Smart Label, ATA Connect was selected among a pull of 217 candidates and awarded, together with other 5 projects, with this prestigious green label dedicated to the most innovative concepts.
A prestigious jury was in charge of the assessment. Among others, members of the committee included: Matteo O. Ingaramo, POLI.design General Manager , Fayun Zhu, Design Intelligence Award Committee Vicepresident at China Academy of Art, Shujoy Chakraborty, Spatial Design Master Director at Università di Madeira (UMa) and Iginio Massari, considered one of the best pastry chefs of our times.
Committee members appreciated our unique and disruptive solutions, like the WiFi connection or the Service QR code, that change the industry standard and improve the After Sales Service Experience.
In fact, this new generation of dishwashers can be controlled by remote by our Service Partner. With a notification, he can be informed in real time of any problem, sometimes even before the user might be aware of it. Once he knows it, he can carry the right spare part and close the service call during the first visit.
Service will be faster, more effective & ultimately less expensive.
The dishwasher itself can also send a notification to recommend a preventive maintenance when needed, reducing the risk of failures when the location is busy.
Our QR code, instead, connects Service Partners to all the main Service info in real time. By scanning it with a mobile phone, technicians can immediately access to the Manual or to the Spare Part List and order the parts they need through a user-friendly website.
